Emgoldex have been declared as SCAM by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines.

Many people especially OFW’s have invested their hard-earned money in Emgoldex. The said unregistered investment firm recruits people through social media, majority of which were victimized through Facebook.
