It is undeniable that the longest running noontime show in the Philippines is at the top of the world! Being able to conquer the top ten spots for the most watched television programs for 2015 in the Philippines, they are unquestionable with the success that they are getting right now. And no one can deny the fact that it is all because of the main protagonists of their “Kalye Serye” segment “ALDUB,” a combination of the names of Kapuso actor Alden Richards and Dubsmash Queen Maine “Yaya Dub” Mendoza.

Because of these that in the television ratings game, their rival show’s rating, It’s Showtime continues to drop and the margin between the two shows continue to increase. As a result, one of the hosts of It’s Showtime, Vice Ganda concede to Eat Bulaga just last Saturday and admitted that they can’t beat the longest running noontime show and that they are just there to make people happy.

This further made other people give their respective comments directly and indirectly and one who probably managed to do the latter is one of Eat Bulaga’s hosts, Joey de Leon.

He took some time to post his reaction in Twitter by using the word “kabayo” (horse) to which Vice Ganda was known to be called for. Here are his tweets:

Alden Richards hugged Yaya Dub for the first time on Kalyeserye. And he did it not only once, but twice on " Sa Tamang Panahon" at the Philippine Arena.

In front of a crowd of 55,000 and millions more watching on tv, Alden Richards' broke down once again when he sang and dedicated the song God Gave Me You" (GGMY) to Maine "Yaya Dub" Mendoza.

Unable to control his emotions(GGMY) in the middle of the song, Alden stopped and hugged Yaya Dub tightly for about 11 seconds. He touched her head lightly and pulled her closer to him.

Vice Ganda recently admitted that they cannot beat Eat Bulaga. Eat Bulaga hosts are his idols so Vice Ganda told the audience and social media people to stop fighting about who's the best noontime show in the Philippines.

Opposite to his statement last weekend, Vice Ganda indirectly says that those who performs in GMA are not noticeable comopared to when they perform in Showtime.

But on this video that is now trending online, Vice Ganda is so different compare to what he is now. A different Vice Ganda is what we are seeing now.

OMG! Finally Kapamilya star, Actress Kim Chiu broke her silence last night about the 'Tamang Panahon' gown issue involving renowned fashion designer Francis Libiran and Liz Uy’s Stylized Studio.

The gown was designed by top fashion designer Mr. Francis Libiran for his 15th Anniversary Spring/Summer 2015 Collection last November 2013.

Francis Libiran is honored and expressed his gratitude for choosing his gown. According to him, Maine’s gown at the “Tamang Panahon” concert is paid by Eat Bulaga production.

Since Kapamilya actress Kim Chui also wore this gown and Francis cleared that Kim is his model at the Metrowear Icon Francis Libiran 2013 and no other celebrity worn it yet.

Watch: Eat Bulaga announces free shuttle service for 'Sa Tamang Panahon' on Saturday!

Eat Bulaga announced on October 21st that they will be offering free shuttle service for their grand event,'Sa Tamang Panahon', on October 24.

That makes it a lot easier for those who are worried about how to get to the Philippine Arena, which is located in Santa Maria, Bulacan.

Eat Bulaga reiterates that these shuttle buses are provided FREE of charge. Only ticket holders of "Sa Tamang Panahon" can use the service. First come, first served basis only.

Assuming that only one-fourth of the total 55,000 will avail of those shuttle buses, Eat Bulaga still needs around 200 buses with 70 people per bus, to accommodate all the attendees. That's roughly equivalent to 2.5 kilometers of buses, from end to end.

Many netizens have been touched by the story of an old man who patiently fall in line for six hours just to buy tickets for the upcoming "Tamang Panahon" that was presented by Eat Bulaga this coming October 24, 2105 on Philippine Arena.
According to the twitter post of Perfet TiMeng on twitter, the netizens are very happy while seeing an old man falling in line patiently for six hours and didn't want him to be a special treatment.

The money that will be garnered from the ticket will be donated to build libraries from different parts of the Philippines.

However, a story of an old man who waited for six hours just to buy the tickets for the Tamang Panahon has touched Maine Mendoza's heart!

Recently, The Twitter Asia Pacific and Middle East Vice President Rishi Jaitly has confirmed that the AlDub tweets are authentic.

In an interview with Rappler CEO and executive editor Maria A. Ressa, Jaitly said the tweet volumes are real as he further called the AlDub tandem a global phenomenon.

As disclosed by Rishi, the 25.6M tweets of AlDub is a couple of million short of the record which was set by the Super Bowl XLIX way back in February 2015 which is 28.4M global tweets. Source : danified

Maine Mendoza'Yaya Dub' is excited for November. Why?

Maine Mendoza is one of the most fastest-rising stars in the Philippines. She was noticed after uploading some videos of herself dubbing famous lines of Kris Aquino using the Dubsmash, an smartphone application used to record video while dubbing lines or songs. 

After that, staffs of Eat Bulaga ask her to join the fun EB Dabarkads as Yaya Dub. She caught the viewers then because of her comical character.Maine's accidental team-up with Alden Richards became the turning point of their careers.

Their love pair was then called ALDub. ALDub is now dominating social media, TV, and print media.

Having said so, followers of Maine in Twitter gets curious to her tweet saying "Can't wait for November!". Her supporters wondered and speculated why is it so. Some concluded that maybe November is the right time (tamang anahon) for her and Alden while others said that because she worked with BJ Pascual, a fashion photographer for famous magazines, an issue for a magazine to which she is the cover will come out on November.

BJ Pascual posted a photo of him with Maine captioning it: "Super fun shoot with this crazy girl". This photo sparks more the assumption that a Maine will cover a magazine issue this coming November.

In today's episode of Eat Bulaga, Kali Serye, Lola Nidora takes extra care not to be recognized by her sister Isadora the birth mother of Yaya Dub, who plans to take away Yaya Dub from her and it was yesterday that Isadora first contacted her daughter (Yaya Dub) via a mobile phone call.

They conceal their identity through wearing different clothes to disguise themselves, Lola Nidora wears a Victorian gown, while Lola Tinidora takes the role of Yaya Dub, acting and wearing Yaya Dub's usual getups or attire, while Yaya Dub takes the role of Lola Tinidora dancing and shuffling like her and wearing Lola Tinidora's trademark attire. Today, I can easily say that Yaya Dub is one of the most famous female celebrity in showbiz industry in our country. Not just because she is beautiful, but because of her amiable charm. In just a small amount of time, Maine Mendoza ( Yaya Dub's real name ) was able to gathered millions of fans and followers.

Maine Mendoza is one of the main cast of kalyeserye it's really impossible for her to just transfer quickly.

In fact she just signed a 4 year movie contract so the fans shouldn't worry about the rumors that she will be transferring.

A very emotional Yaya Dub was shown on Kalyeserye, October 8th.

We've seen her cry during her prenup pictorial with Frankie Arinolli (Jose Manalo) and during AlDub's first meeting (remember the plywood?).

But this time, it's about a letter from Yaya Dub's mom, Isadora,who is currently suffering from illness and want Yaya Dub to be at her side in going through into this health problem, Lola Nidora was devastated upon reading this letter, which mean she have to let go of Yaya Dub to be with her sick mother.

People are admiring Alden Richards not just because of his charming look, but also the way he treats his supporters.

A woman named Kathrina unexpectedly gave birth during the "National Pabebe Wave day"!. Kathrina was enjoying watching Kalyeserye when she was alerted after feeling pain in her tummy. Then she delivered a baby boy.

And now, she really wanted to meet Alden Richards in person to personally ask him to be her baby's godfather.

At last, her wish came true on Friday. With the help of Ryzza Mae, she was able to meet Alden, and surprisingly, Alden didn't even think twice to be the baby's godfather and immediately said yes!
