Finally Actress Kim Chiu broke her silence About 'Tamang Panahon' gown issue!
The gown was designed by top fashion designer Mr. Francis Libiran for his 15th Anniversary Spring/Summer 2015 Collection last November 2013.
Francis Libiran is honored and expressed his gratitude for choosing his gown. According to him, Maine’s gown at the “Tamang Panahon” concert is paid by Eat Bulaga production.
Since Kapamilya actress Kim Chui also wore this gown and Francis cleared that Kim is his model at the Metrowear Icon Francis Libiran 2013 and no other celebrity worn it yet.

Yesterday, Kim Chiu tweeted her response regarding the issue. The actress said, “no hate please?.a gown is just a gown... its how you make people happy. i think thats more important.. happy sunday everyone!!spreading GV”
