This is the unbelievable moment a woman gives birth to a 10lb baby. An American woman has given birth to a 4.5-kg child in the front seat of a moving car while her husband filmed her on their way to hospital.
Leslie, after giving birth, exclaimed: “Oh my gosh, we just had a baby in the car.”
The video, which was posted on YouTube on Thursday, opens with the caption, 'We've been driving for 45 mins. Already'.
As the baby appears, the woman reaches down and cradles the crying baby in her arms, abc7.com reported on Saturday.
"Spank him. He's breathing, if he's crying, he's breathing, but hold him upside down, babe. Hold him upside down and pat him on the booty," after the baby is delivered, the man's voice can be heard.

This was the couple's third child as they have two daughters.
The baby boy, named is Josiah, weighed 10 pounds when he born.
